Discovering Products

Shoppers can explore products across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, home, and emerging categories through the Do Not Wish marketplace.

To search for a specific item, use the search function or magnifying glass icon available through the Services. Users can search by product name, designer, category, keyword, collection, or related terms. Search results, filters, and available inventory vary depending on marketplace availability, region, and applicable inventory visibility settings.

Products can also be discovered by browsing curated collections, designers, categories, campaigns, edits, seasonal releases, and marketplace recommendations through the Services.

Available filters and navigation tools include:

  • Designer or brand
  • Category or product type
  • Size or fit
  • Price range
  • Gender or collection
  • Availability
  • Color, style, or material
  • Editorial or promotional collections

Inventory visibility, availability, and assortment vary depending on participating Partners, inventory allocation, geographic region, and marketplace activity.

Shopping Bag & Checkout

To add a product to your shopping bag, select the applicable size, variant, or configuration and choose "Add to Bag" or the equivalent purchase option displayed through the Services.

Adding a product to your shopping bag does not reserve inventory or guarantee product availability. Products remain available for purchase by other users until checkout is completed and the order is accepted for processing.

During checkout, users are required to:

  • Provide applicable billing and delivery information
  • Select an available shipping or delivery method
  • Provide an approved payment method
  • Review order details prior to final submission

Once an order is successfully submitted, an order confirmation is sent to the email address associated with the order. Order confirmations acknowledge receipt of the order request but do not constitute final acceptance of the order.

Orders become accepted only once shipment confirmation, fulfillment confirmation, or equivalent processing confirmation is issued in accordance with the applicable Terms & Conditions.

Placing an Order

Users may place orders through a registered account or through guest checkout functionality. Certain items are only available to Do Not Wish registered account users.

Creating an account enables additional marketplace functionality, benefits, and account-management features, which may include:

  • Order history and tracking
  • Saved addresses and preferences
  • Faster checkout experiences
  • Returns management tools
  • Communication preferences
  • Access to marketplace updates, editorial content, and promotional communications

All orders remain subject to:

  • Inventory availability
  • Payment authorization
  • Fraud prevention review
  • Marketplace restrictions
  • Partner fulfillment approval
  • Acceptance in accordance with the applicable Terms & Conditions

By placing an order, users represent that:

  • All submitted information is accurate and complete
  • They are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • Applicable payment obligations can be satisfied
  • They are legally permitted to enter into binding transactions under applicable law

Certain inventory categories, promotional releases, limited products, collaborations, or exclusive marketplace releases remain subject to quantity restrictions, account limitations, geographic restrictions, or purchase limitations at the discretion of Do Not Wish or the applicable Partner.

Order Confirmation & Processing

Following order placement, users receive an acknowledgment confirming receipt of the order request and associated transaction details.

Order acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of the order. Orders become accepted only when shipment confirmation, fulfillment confirmation, or equivalent processing confirmation is issued by Do Not Wish or the applicable Partner.

Orders are generally processed within standard operational processing windows; however, processing timelines vary depending on:

  • Partner fulfillment structures
  • Inventory verification
  • Payment authorization
  • Fraud review
  • Shipment preparation
  • Order volume
  • Marketplace activity
  • Applicable operational requirements

Orders placed outside standard operational hours, during weekends, holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume marketplace events may require additional processing time.

Where products are fulfilled from multiple Partners or inventory locations, separate processing and shipment timelines apply.

Modifying or Cancelling Orders

Eligible orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of receiving the order confirmation. Registered customers can cancel through Account Settings; guest customers can use the order-management link included in their confirmation email.

After the 30-minute window, a cancellation may still be requested but is not guaranteed once the order has entered fulfillment processing, shipment preparation, carrier assignment, or transfer to the applicable fulfillment provider.

Modification or cancellation availability varies depending on:

  • Fulfillment status
  • Partner processing stage
  • Inventory type
  • Shipment status
  • Payment authorization status
  • Applicable consumer protection laws

Registered users may access eligible order-management functionality through their account interfaces or applicable order-management tools made available through the Services.

Users requiring additional assistance may contact Customer Care. Once an order enters fulfillment or shipment processing, modifications or cancellations are no longer guaranteed and the order becomes subject to the applicable Return Policy.

Order Status & Tracking

Users can review eligible order status updates through their account, shipment notifications, applicable carrier tools, or order-management interfaces made available through the Services.

Order statuses generally include:

  • Received
  • Processing
  • Fulfillment in progress
  • Shipped
  • Delivered

Status descriptions, shipment visibility, tracking availability, and update frequency vary depending on the applicable Partner, carrier, logistics provider, and fulfillment structure.

Once an order is transferred to the applicable carrier, tracking information becomes available through the Services or applicable carrier systems.
