Products on Do Not Wish are fulfilled and shipped through a network of participating brands, boutiques, and Partners. Delivery options, timelines, fees, and carrier availability vary depending on the Partner, inventory location, and your delivery destination.

Orders containing products from multiple Partners may arrive in separate shipments at different times.
Certain shipments require a signature upon delivery, based on factors such as order value, destination, or Partner requirements. Where signature release or unattended delivery is selected or made available, delivery responsibility transfers upon carrier confirmation of delivery.
Estimated delivery windows are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Timelines are subject to customs processing, carrier operations, payment verification, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and certain restricted locations may be unavailable for select products or carriers.
Eligible orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of receiving the order confirmation. Registered customers can cancel through Account Settings; guest customers can use the order-management link included in their confirmation email.
After the 30-minute window, you may still contact support@donotwish.com or use the Contact Us form to request a cancellation, but it is not guaranteed once the applicable marketplace Partner has begun fulfillment or shipment preparation. Once an order enters fulfillment, cancellation is no longer possible and the order becomes subject to our Return Policy.
Where a cancellation is successfully processed, a full refund is issued to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law and payment processing timelines.

If customs authorities or carriers request identification numbers, tax documentation, or import compliance materials, failure to provide the required information within the requested timeframe may result in shipment delays, seizure, abandonment, or return-to-origin processing. Failure to provide required information or pay applicable charges may result in delay, return, abandonment, or other action by the carrier or customs authority. Refund eligibility will be determined under the applicable order terms, Returns Policy, and mandatory law.
Following order placement, you will receive transactional communications covering order confirmation, shipment processing, tracking updates, and delivery status.
Tracking information becomes available once the applicable Partner or fulfillment provider transfers the shipment to the designated carrier. Eligible shipments can be tracked through your account, shipment notifications, or carrier tools made available through the Services.
