Orders, Processing & Shipping
Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the email address that we have on file for your order. This e-mail acts as a pending invoice until your order is officially confirmed and includes your order number. A confirmation email on the acceptance of your order will be sent within 48 hours. All orders are subject to acceptance and/or availability, hence the 48 -hour wait period.
Our standard order processing time is up to 3 business days. However, we may need some more time to process your orders during peak periods or for orders placed over the weekend. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

SIZE & FIT
Measurements and fit information are available on every product page: Read more about the size and fit of a product on each product information page to view size, fit, cut, material, and model measurements. If you still need more information about the size or fit of an item, send us an email with the item number and a link to the item. We’ll confirm the sizes before you make a purchase. Send an email to customercare@donotwish.com.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Although we don’t have any control over price variations, we’ll always offer you the best deals available for your destination when you place your order.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can request a return with 2 days from the receipt of your order. We require up to 5 – 10 business days to process returns. A return must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order. Once you receive your authorization and return instructions, items must be shipped within 5 days. The return must be authorized by us before being shipped to the provided return address. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are protected in transit.
Items should be returned undamaged, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Damaged, soiled or altered items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
