Orders, Processing & Shipping
Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the email address that we have on file for your order. This e-mail acts as a pending invoice until your order is officially confirmed and includes your order number. A confirmation email on the acceptance of your order will be sent within 24 hours. All orders are subject to acceptance and/or availability, hence the 24-hour wait period.
Our standard order processing time is up to two business days. However, we may need some more time to process your orders during peak periods. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

We do not accept phone inn orders at this time. All orders can only be placed on our webstore.

Orders are carefully prepared in protective packaging by our partner retailers. If the brand has provided branded boxes, dust bags or cases, these will also be included.

SIZE & FIT
Measurements and fit information are available on every product page: Read more about the size and fit of a product on each product information page to view size, fit, cut, material, and model measurements. If you still need more information about the size or fit of an item, send us an email with the item number and a link to the item. We’ll confirm the sizes before you make a purchase. Send an email to customercare@donotwish.com.
The size of an item refers to the designer size on the label. Fit describes the fit of the item on the body. Cut, silhouette, and the material describes what the item is made from. To find this information, go to the product information page and view the Details and Size & Fit for each product.
International sizes are slightly different when converted and some items from some designers fit larger or smaller than others.
Since all items are discounted and subject to availability, items seen might be the last or few remaining pieces of that item. To be notified about a sold-out item being back in stock, join our newsletter.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Our items are priced based on discounts offered by our partner retailers and boutiques.
Although we don’t have any control over price variations, we’ll always offer you the best deals available for your destination when you place your order.

We currently only accept PayPal as a form of payment. Other additional forms of payment will be available in the future updates.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can request a return. We require up to 5 – 10 business days to process returns. A return must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order. Once you receive your authorization and return instructions, items must be shipped within 5 days. The return must be authorized by us before being shipped to the provided return address. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are protected in transit.
Items should be returned undamaged, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Damaged, soiled or altered items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
