Placing an Order

Once you place an order with us, you will receive confirmation details of your order. A confirmation email on the acceptance of your order will be sent within 24 – 48 working hours. All orders are subject to acceptance and/or availability, hence the 24 – 48 hour wait period. 

Shipping & Processing times

Processing time is usually 1 – 3 business days for most orders. Delayed orders may take 4 – 10 business days in rare cases (or due to weekends or holidays). Once your order is processed you will receive an email with your order tracking number.

Shipping estimates depend on the shipping policies of our partner retailers handling your package. We estimate your order to be dispatched within 24 – 72 hours upon confirmation. Typically, deliveries occur within 2 – 4 days after dispatch, sometimes sooner based on your location. While we strive to mitigate delays, Do Not Wish cannot be held liable for customs clearance delays or payment issues. Delivery services may vary depending on your location, with options including DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, or DPD.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or is withdrawn, that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out within the Terms and Conditions or at our sole discretion.
Creating an account
You may checkout as a guest, create an account, or login to your existing account. When you register for an account, you can do a quick checkout. You can also modify your password and manage your addresses in your account.
Checkout
You will need to enter your payment information and select a shipping method to checkout. Personal information provided on donotwish.com is transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology.
Charges, fees, and taxes

There are no additional charges other than the item pricing displayed, and applicable taxes on your order. Shipping is included during checkout for all items.

Payment
We currently only accept payment via PayPal.
Pricing policy, duties, and taxes

Prices shown on our web-store are in US Dollars and are exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within the US, sales tax will be charged on orders with applicable state tax requirements. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA.

Brands and designers

Our designer selections are thoughtfully curated based on brands we believe you will love. If you do not find items from a specific brand or designer you prefer, email us at contact@donotwish.com.

Sizing

Sizes and measurements may vary depending on the item’s style and the brand’s fit. If uncertain about a brand’s size or fit, we recommend consulting each brand’s size guide for precise measurements and accurate sizing. You can also request measurements if needed. Please allow 2 business days for a response.

Changes and cancellations
You can request a change or cancellation by sending us an email. Your order will be put on hold until we can review your request.
Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order. Returns are subject to approval based on item condition and return reasons. We require up to 5 – 10 business days to process returns.

A return must be requested within 2 days of receiving your order. Once you receive your authorization and return instructions, items must be shipped within 3 days. Return must be authorized before being shipped to the provided return address. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are protected in transit. Initiate a return by sending us an email at customercare@donotwish.com.

Items should be returned undamaged, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Damaged, soiled or altered items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Return instructions should be followed to make it easier for tracking, and should be shipped with a traceable carrier. Do Not Wish is not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
